At Blue Cross we hire fully qualified experienced employees who focus solely on the needs of our residents.

Our support workers and residential care aides are trained to European standards and have specialized training.

Employee education is ongoing in the work place with additional onsite training in basic care techniques, resident safety practices and in the use of the equipment and products we use in our home. Our licensed onsite doctor, Yianoulla Fella , has been a general practitioner for close to 30 years.
